LIVINGSTON, La. (ENN) -- The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office posted a Valentine's Day greeting on Facebook for anyone whose former partner has an active felony warrant. Deputies are prepared to lock them up, potentially for long-term commitments.
They requested anyone who might know someone who has an outstanding criminal warrant to call 225-686-2241 under the heading "Be My Valentine."
In the flyer, LPSO mentioned a free ride, “complimentary set of bracelets, and a stay in Livingston Parish’s finest facility with 24/7 security.”
The Livingston Parish Detention Center is at 28445 Charlie Watts Road.
