Lafayette, LA – Police responded to a residential shooting in the 100 block of Reserve Drive on Wednesday afternoon. One man has been arrested in connection to the shooting.
Dillon Louviere 20, of Lafayette, LA was arrested and booked in Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on one count of second degree murder. The victim from today’s homicide has been identified as Kerrington Sam 22 of Lafayette, LA.
Officers arrived on scene and located Sam deceased from a gunshot wound.
