Basin Bridge closed due to icy conditions

The Atchafalaya Basin Bridge is closed, according to DOTD.

Traffic is being diverted on I-10 eastbound at I-49 due to the bridge being iced over.

Crew are working to mitigate the roadway in both directions, according to DOTD.
