School opening/closing statuses for Tuesday, March 22

The severe weather that is forecasted for tomorrow, Tuesday, March 22, is causing school districts to make a decision, either closing schools Tuesday or having them remain open. As districts evaluate the weather forecast and announce their decision, this article will be updated.
As of now, these school/parishes that have made a decision:
Acadia Parish schools will be closed.
Lafayette Parish schools will be closed.
St. Landry Parish schools will be closed.
Jeff Davis Parish schools will be closed.
Calcasieu Parish schools will be closed.
St. Mary Parish schools will be closed.
Vermilion Parish schools will be closed.
Iberia Parish schools will be closed.
Evangeline Parish schools will be closed.
St. Martin Parish schools will be closed.
Notre Dame High School will be closed.
Lafayette Christian Academy will be closed.
ALL Sugar N' Spice locations will be closed.
Willow Charter Academy will be closed.
Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy will be closed.
Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy will be closed.
Westminster Christian Academy Lafayette will be closed.
Rayne Catholic Elementary will be closed.

LSU is monitoring weather conditions in the Baton Rouge area. Currently all campus activities remain scheduled; there are no cancellations to report. Any updates will be posted to the Emergency Preparedness website.
