Man arrested for sunbathing nude on a roof

Police got a call on Wednesday about a nude person sunbathing on the roof of a house.

Franklin Police officers arrived at a home on Becky Drive at about 2 p.m. and found the man, nude, on the roof. They asked him to come down, and when he did they arrested him.

The man, Lee Segura, 70, was arrested and booked with one count of obscenity.
