Cankton Police Chief Brent Breaux is warning Cankton, and surrounding area, residents about a woman stealing dogs from people's yards.
"Please be on the look out for a newer model black Honda Accord with sunroof, possibly driven by a female named Amanda Segura," stated Chief Breaux. "She is using a small white puppy to attract dogs out of peoples yards and steal them. She has been seen around the Cankton/Vatican area and is believed to be residing in Welsh."
